the falls of idaho

my first trip to idaho falls:
so in our american heritage class we had 3 options for a class assignment and one of the easiest was a book club and there were like 4 books you could choose from grapes of wrath, huck finn, somethin else and autobio of malcolm x. and i was going to do the grapes of wrath but girls in 405 (that's what i call them) 2 are in my class, and they're way fun and so we decided to do the book club together. they wanted to do malcolm x so i just went along and then this kid joey who's also in this class hung out with us that first nite at the 405 gathering. so we all decided to be in a book club together, which was such a relief because it saved me from the awkwardness of being in group with wierd kids.
so to get the book we had to go to barnes and noble in idaho falls. so it was us four and this kid robert that lives next door to joey.
it was such a blast. joey is such sarcastic as can be and he's one of those people that just says funny things all the time, but he can come off a bit arrogant or jerkish sometimes. and this kid robert is just the nicest kid so we give him a hard time.
so we went to barnes and noble then pizza hut (their idea, not mine)
then we had to get robert back because he had a date with this one girl who lives on the other side of lamprecht. she's one of those pam nichols. just the awkward as can be, but she asked him out and they went on a double with her room mate and her boy.
so i ended up going over and hanging out with 405 and we watched the movie If Only which is really sad and we all ended up crying. Then my room mates got home and came over and hung out and joey came over and we played this game curses.
its really fun but you act and feel like an idiot the whole time. that was fun for a while until robert showed up with these three sort of obnoxious girls. we love robert but his date was awkward and this girl they came with was really loud and obnoxious. and then there was another that wouldn't play but sat and her own conversation with my room mate right next to us.
i left at about 12:30 because i was out and tired, and couldn't stand this girl who in the game one of her curses was everytime the bell was rung she had to cry like a baby but she did this creepy real baby sound like through her nose and it was just plain obnoxious.
but yea, overall successful.

oh ya and there was this girl that came and turns out she cuts hair and does everything so a bunch of us are going to let her do our hair, today i think. so we'll see but i'm excited cause it saves me a trip to the haircut place.
and we've got a little sunday after-church luncheon group, which is nice because last sunday we just all came home and slept.

and.. at barnes and noble i got the soundtrack to Across the Universe!!
i thougth there were more songs than whats on there but they are goodins.
i lerve it.

oooooh i want! i've been checking the movie theater listings to see when that movie is coming out, but it's not in vancouver or portland yet. talk about curses...

oh obnoxious people. sounds like you dealt with it well.

did you get lost in idaho falls? everyone who goes to idaho falls gets lost... we even got lost when we were there for amy's wedding... it's probably the most confusing city. i've gotten lost every single time i've been.

so um, i'm sorta of obsessed with working out. and this new group eisley... i'll send some songs your way. eisley is totally the new rilo kiley.
