FORT CLUB!!

so some of us girls got the crazy idea that i'd be really fun to make a fort out of blankets.. and take over the upper lounge!

so last night was our designated night. everybody brought sheets and we made it from ceiling to the floor. we used all of those weird personal couches (that's what they are) and tucked the sheets into the ceiling. it was pretty much the most amazing fortress i have ever seen.















so we barricaded ourselves in and some girls walked in and were like "OMG this is SO amazing!!"















we ate popcorn and drank kool-aid (its probably been a good 10 years since i last had kool-aid)(and its surprisingly good if you mix flavors)

then we played the skittle game.














if you dont know what the skittle game is, well number one you're lame, number two i'll explain it. you get a huge bag of skittles and pick two at a time without looking. if they are the same color you get to chew them, if they aren't you just put them into your mouth. but no swallowing allowed. so if you're chewing and someone else gets a match then you have to stop and they start chewing.

so the end result is a mass of skittles and drool, half chewed half decaying in your mouth. we had napkins to wipe away the drool. things to know: don't laugh, that only makes the drool come out faster, and talking doesnt work so well.

we all gagged it out at the end and our mouths had this awful taste. we all brushed our teeth right after and it looked like i was spitting out blood. gross but fun. and one girl said that its really fun if you have sour skittle. oh em gee. (we'll def have to try it at home)

okay so then to top off the night we settled into our fortress and watched thumbalina. loove it.

we went to bed around 3-ish.


then. woke up. its freezing. we left the windows open because it was really hot up there. but little did we know we'd be waking up to snow flurries everywhere.


we woke up at 10 and its been snowing since. not sticking, but if it keeps going idk.
but we made waffles and french vanilla hot chocolate so it made the cold go away. :)

but we decided to do this every month.
