fights, parties and crazy hair

so i didn't mention this before, but yesterday i was in the kitchen i got into a fight..... with the cheese grater... i'm so embarassed.

i was makin myself a good kay-sa-dilla and grating the cheese and i don't know what i said or did but he thought he'd attack me.

so i have two good sized chunks of skin missing from my right pointer finger. (dont worry none of the blood/skin ended up in the cheese or final product)

it just really hurts. :(

okay so today melissa, me, chantelle and her room mate, lindsay all went to rexburg unplugged. its pretty much a hey students, meet the community. its on main street and its just a bunch of booths from local stores. in the words of michael scott "SWWWWAAAAAAG."

o ya. freebies as far as the eye can see. and we got every single one. best one's of course were bagel samples and jamba juice. but i also did a ring toss and won a liter of mt. dew (cody, be jealous) and there was this paul mitchell hair academy there that had really funky hair styles and they did everybody's for free. i was walking around and seeing all these crazy mohawks with criss cross braids and all these awesomely crazy hair styles. and we i saw the booth it just made sense. i wish i would've brought my camera to take more pictures but i forgot mine so you only get to see mine. which wasn't too crazy but i liked it.

so yea i kept it like that the whole day. cause it was actually liked it alot. i wish i knew how to do crazy stuff like that. hair can be so fun. you can't really see melissa's but it was cool.

so yea. then girls from dorm 405 (chelsea, erin) invited us to a party at their dorm.

they are really neat girls and i'm glad we got to know them cause them seem pretty cool. so they invited some people and we went over for pizza. (and i kept my hair like that. i used my "i'm an art major" excuse, so it was exceptable)

so they probably thought i was wierd. or just attention seeking but i dont cer.

so we walk in and its like 3 other girls and two guys. one's normal but quiet and the other is one of those loud awkward kids. where he thinks he's funny/witty and you just kind of laugh at him just to be curtious. and i'm like, umm more people better show up cause this is awkward. and luckily about 3 other guys showed up and 4 other girls.

but it was really fun. these people were really really funny. and one of them (i dont know any names) is really funny, but kind of jerk with some of the comments he makes, but entertaining nonetheless, well turns out he's in my american heritage class along with chelsea and erin so i'm pretty happy about that. that there's actually people i like in that class. and they're all in our ward too. so i just see all the potential for a good tight hang out group. which is all i wanted and i know it would just take some time.

so tonite was a very very good nite.

and now tomorrow church at 9 with us practically touring the campus because all our meetings are in different buildings. we go to relief society, then sunday school, then sacrament meeting. they're even giving us 20 to get from sunday school to sac. meeting. ca-razy.

but i'm excited to be in a byui ward. its like singles ward on steriods. yess.
